Congratulations, Dr. Nicole—and this is just the beginning!

I was delighted to celebrate Nicole Lee’s graduation!

Over her years in the lab she investigated valence neurons, built behavioral rigs, hacked analysis pipelines, contributed to open-source software, and developed new optogenetic toolkits. Beyond the science, she was the kind of labmate who makes everyone around them better.
